Return and Exchange Policy

Refund policy

At La Plume Shoes.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with every pair of shoes you purchase. If you are not satisfied you may return unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days from when you received it.

To complete your return, please email us at hello@laplumeshoes.com and we will respond with a return shipping label.

Damaged or defective products may be returned for a full refund within the 30 day time frame and return shipping cost is on us.

For all other returns, standard return shipping cost of $9.95 per pair of shoes is deducted from the refund.

All refunds are processed between 1-4 business days upon receipt of the returned package.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is free! If you wish to exchange; enclose a note in the box stating the style, color and size you wish to receive in exchange.

Please include your order # and reason for return so that we can process the exchange.
